8. Delivery Address

If an incorrect or incomplete address results in a failed delivery or the return of a parcel, additional shipping charges may apply where permitted by law and where the issue resulted from information provided by you.

We generally do not deliver to PO Boxes or certain locations restricted by our carriers.

9. Statutory Right of Withdrawal

Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, consumers may generally have 14 calendar days from receipt of the goods to withdraw from a distance purchase without giving a reason, subject to the exceptions provided by applicable law.
